Tricia Smith,
CEO
Tricia
has a Bachelor of Science degree
from Springfield College
majoring in Community Leadership
and Development with
minors/concentrations in
Physical Education, Pre-Med, and
Psychology. She also earned a
Master of Science degree in
Management, specializing in
Organizational Change, from the
College of St. Elizabeth. She
is a member of the Kappa Gamma
Pi Honor Society as well as
Sigma Beta Delta, recognizing
high scholastic achievement.
Tricia began her career working
in Development and Management
for organizations like the
Muscular Dystrophy Association
and Goodwill Industries in
Arizona, and WLIW Public
Broadcasting in New York. She
has also done much work fighting
Domestic Violence, Autism, and
Birth Defects while in New
York. She joined the Sussex
County YWCA in 1992 as Executive
Director and, in addition to all
the leadership responsibilities
inherent in her position, she
oversaw and transitioned the
YWCA into K.E.E.P., Inc. During
her tenure, more than 8,000
children have been served in
full and part time care!

Christine Milligan,
Executive Director
Christine has a Bachelor’s Degree in
Biology/Pre-Med Studies from
Caldwell College. Following her
undergraduate experience, Christine
worked in the bio-tech industry
doing contract research. Following
the birth of her first child and a
little frustrated about the
available child care options for
working parents, Christine opened
her own child care facility. After
seven years, with her mission and
direction being compatible with
KEEP’s, Christine merged her staff
and clientele into KEEP where she
was promoted to Executive Director
in less than a year. Christine,
along with her two children, joined
the KEEP family in August of 2008. |

Rob Fischer,
Program Director
Rob graduated from Trenton State
College in 1994 with a BA in
English. He is currently pursuing
his Master’s in Teaching and will
complete his studies in the fall of
2010. Starting as a copy editor and
writer before embarking on a decade
long stint in retail management, Rob
decided to leave it all behind to
pursue his interest in kids and
education in 2007. He became a
substitute teacher for the Wharton,
Newton, and Sparta School
Districts. His skills, experience
and education combined enable him to
perform his duties as Program
Director for KEEP with confidence
and care. Rob has been happily
married for almost 10 years and has
two children. |

Linda Nasarow,
NJA3 Site Coordinator
Linda has been with KEEP since
October, 2006. She brings vast
child care experiences to this ever
growing program including management
positions in both private and
nonprofit childcare centers. She
held the position of Director to
YWCA children’s programs and has
instructed adults in continuing
education. Linda has a BA degree
from William Paterson University and
holds NJ State Elementary Teacher
Certification. Her background in
guiding children’s educational
development and supervising
instructors has enhanced our NJA3
KEEP program immensely.

Ginny Kiehn,
Office Manager
Ginny
attended Montclair State University
and the County College of Morris.
She is certified in multi-media from
Georgia Tech. Ginny retired from a
27 year management position with
Bell Atlantic enjoying positions in
the training department as a c
course developer, instructor and
project manager. She taught both
interpersonal skills and customer
service skills courses to service
personnel and varied management
groups. Ginny worked as an editor
for a technical wiriting company,
was employed as a Customer Service
Manager in New Hampshire, and worked
for SCARC in the Human Resource
Department. Ginny has worked on the
KEEP team since April, 2007. She
also serves as Organist and Music
Director at the Stillwater
Presbyterian Church. |

Pete Madden,
CFO
Pete joined the KEEP team as the
Chief Financial Officer on August
31, 2009. He is a graduate of the
Sussex County Community College
graduating with an Associates degree
in Accounting. Pete realizes more
than 15 years of experience working
in the accounting/finance field. He
also enjoys some entrepreneurial
skills by owning and operating his
own tax preparation business. In
addition to his accounting skills,
Pete has extensive experience in
customer service! |

Kathy Dahn,
Liaison
Kathy joined K.E.E.P. in 2005 as a
liaison between the growing levels
of care, management, and director
relationships and communications.
Formerly a business owner and sports
enthusiast, Kathy is very active
with both Hospice care and CASA.
Kathy is an experienced Travel Agent
but still finds time to devote her
strong sense of fairness,
organization, communication, and
problem solving abilities and logic
to all, especially the kids! Kathy
has multiple certifications issued
from many of our non-profit
organizations throughout Sussex
County, all of which help to mold
and refine her direction in her
lifelong pursuit of quality care for
children. |

Amy Eckhardt,
Program Associate
Amy graduated from the University of
Delaware in 2005 with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in English with a
concentration in Film. Prior to her
tenure with KEEP, Amy was a
substitute teacher in the Vernon
Township Elementary Schools. She
has completed Stage 1 of the NJ
Pathways Program for teaching. Amy
shares her talents between our
Stanhope School Site and our
Administrative Offices. |
